You can always contact me for personal sizing advice.
By appointment, you’re also welcome to visit the store in Gits (Belgium) for a fitting session or to view fabrics in person.
That way, you can be sure your lingerie fits and feels just right.
How to wash my lingerie?
To keep your lingerie beautiful:
🫧 Hand wash ONLY with lukewarm water and a mild detergent.
🚫 Forbidden to use washing machine or tumble dryer.
🌸 Lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
Is there parking available?
Yes!
You can park for free in front of the store at Stationsstraat 81, Gits.
When can I pick up my order in store?
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a message letting you know it’s available for pickup at our store in Gits (Stationsstraat 81).
Pickup is by appointment only, or during our opening hours, which you can find on our socials or website.
When will my order be shipped?
Since every piece is handmade with love and care, production takes a little longer than mass-produced lingerie.
Your order will usually be shipped within 3 to 7 working days.
Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days to return your order, provided that the item is undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. You can find the return form here. We will refund the amount ASAP to the bank account provided via the form.
I received an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order, what should I do?
Oh no, that shouldn’t happen!
Please email me within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. I’ll look into it right away and make sure we solve it as quickly as possible.
Can sale items be returned?
No, discounted or sale items unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.
